L and Light

I got some more DIY Funko pop base figures and after rewatching Death Note for the third or fourth time felt inspired to have a go at constructing L's hair. Then I remembered I had some chain in my miscellaneous craft draws and decided I needed to do the handcuffs. This, of course, meant that I had to make Light as well, so here we are.
